THE STORY BEHIND HOWLING HOUND
Before launching Howling Hound, I spent 20+ years leading brand and growth initiatives for Meta, Salesforce, Nationwide and TIAA, as well as helping small and mid-sized businesses grow.
My connection to the pet industry runs deeper than marketing.
Mid-career, I stepped away from the corporate world to fulfill my dream of opening an upscale doggie daycare. I was deeply involved in building and operating the business, partnering with pet industry vendors across every aspect of operations. Once the business was up and running successfully, I transitioned back into a corporate role. The business served the community for 16 years.
That experience gave me a unique perspective as both a marketer and business owner—understanding what connects with pet parents while balancing the realities of running a business.
I’ve lived the emotional connection behind pet businesses, and my team and I bring that understanding into how we approach strategy, storytelling, and execution.
